The Young Canadian Leadership Challenge allows the youth participants to grapple with real issues, by placing them on teams with youth of different ages, cultures and abilities than the youth they encounter every day. Because the challenges are new to them, they are forced to find new answers together, and to find values like compassion, understanding and tolerance - from within.
