Hosting a YCLC is appropriate for community organizations who are prepared to see members of their own community learn to operate the program themselves. Our team is organized to  pass the expertise along at a modest cost which can be covered by  fees charged to participants and/or community fundraising.  Your organization chooses your own volunteer team, enrolls your own youth, and selects persons to be trained to lead the program. We provide ongoing assistance is quality assurance. The only qualifier - as it is essential for the success of this program - is that the program be available to the widest spectrum of youth - all cultures, races, religious groups - and that youth who cannot afford to pay for the program are admitted fee.
