Partnering and Collaborating
YCLC Canada Inc. partners informally and works with many organizations to bring a YCLC to a community. Below are some of the organizations with whom we are currently collaborating . If you are interested in bringing a YCLC weekend to your community, we would be happy to hear from you. Big Brothers/Big Sisters - As far back as 2001, rare national approval from Big Brothers was granted to our organization to send their youth to our programs. We have been serving their youth ever since. Lions Clubs in District A-4 - An "enthusiastic" endorsement of the Young Canadian Leadership Challenge by the Cabinet of Lions District A-4 occurred February 2007 under the leadership of Governor James Johnston. Dr. Paul Stoltz of Peak Learning - has helped us present our program to the RCMP and has offered to allow us to use his AQ Questionnaire to test youth before and after our program to determine whether resilience is increased. Ranch Caleta, Cantley, Quebec - will be providing the use of their ranch and facilities for future french language YCLCs. |
